When Founder and Creator, Angelica (Ann-gha-le-ca) L. Gooley decided to create ArkanSOUL.com, she had one simple, but very impactful goal in mind: to provide a one-stop resource where people of color living, working and visiting Arkansas and its metropolitan areas can share information, network, advertise, and of course, get event information without having to go to several different websites. Who has the time anyway, right?

It was obvious that there was a void in the market where black Arkansans could get information that pertains to their interests and lifestyles. ArkanSOUL.com will fill that void. We will provide our site visitors with information on our community, businesses, local organizations, the thriving arts and entertainment scene, and other upcoming events that others may not otherwise become informed of if ArkanSoul.com didn’t exist.
